백문이 불여일견 百聞不如一見 Seeing is believing.

 

A: 설악산의 설경이 정말 멋있대.
   I hear Mt. Seorak has a great scenary in the winter.

B: ‘백문이 불여일견’이라고 말 나온 김에 이번 주말에 한번 가 볼까?
     They say seeing is believing, so while we're on the subject, why don't we check it out
     this weekend?

 

A: 좋지. 내 차로 가자. 스노 체인도 준비돼 있어.
   Sure. Let's take my car. And I have snow chains, too.

 

말 나온 김에, ~얘기가 나와서 말인데
